Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability, the applicable rate and the booking
terms confirmed by Reserve Residency. Submitting a booking request through this
website does not by itself guarantee or confirm accommodation.
Rates and payment
Published accommodation and business-space rates are displayed in US dollars and
are VAT inclusive where stated. The final amount payable, including any approved
extras, will be communicated as part of the confirmed reservation.
Guests should only make payment using payment details provided or confirmed by
Reserve Residency.
Booking details
Guests are responsible for reviewing the accommodation, dates, number of guests,
contact details and other reservation information before payment or arrival.
Any error or requested change should be communicated to Reserve Residency as soon
as possible.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the terms confirmed
for the reservation, the applicable Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and
applicable law.
Property information
Reserve Residency aims to keep website information, facilities, rates and
availability accurate. Availability and specific arrangements should be confirmed
directly before relying on them for a reservation.
Guest responsibilities
Guests are expected to provide accurate booking information and comply with
reasonable property and safety requirements communicated by Reserve Residency
during their stay or use of the facilities.
