Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the confirmed reservation terms, the reason for the refund,
services already supplied and applicable law.
How refunds are assessed
Reserve Residency reviews each eligible refund against the booking confirmation,
cancellation terms, payment record and any applicable consumer rights.
A website booking request by itself does not create an automatic refund entitlement.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, Reserve Residency will communicate the amount and method.
Refunds are ordinarily returned through the original payment route where practical and
may be subject to processing times imposed by the payment provider, bank or mobile-money service.
Non-refundable or partly used services
Any non-refundable condition, cancellation charge, no-show treatment or deduction for
services already supplied must be based on the terms confirmed for the reservation
and applicable law.
