All booking requests are subject to availability.
Reserve Residency confirms the accommodation, dates, rate and applicable
booking terms directly with the guest.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available 24/7 by arrangement.
Check-out is by 12:00 noon unless another arrangement has been confirmed.
Payments
Payment should only be made after availability and booking terms have been
confirmed by Reserve Residency. Approved M-Pesa payment details are provided
as part of the booking process.
Changes & Cancellations
Guests should contact Reserve Residency before changing or cancelling a
reservation so the applicable booking terms can be confirmed.
Property Policies
For visitor arrangements, parking, Wi-Fi, accessibility, smoking, pets and
