Booking requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability.
Reserve Residency reviews the requested dates and accommodation and confirms
availability and the applicable booking terms directly with the guest.
Rates
Published 2026 accommodation and business-space rates are displayed in US dollars
and are VAT inclusive where stated. The confirmed reservation will state the
applicable rate, extras and total payable.
Payment
Payment should only be made after Reserve Residency has confirmed availability
and the applicable booking terms.

After making payment, please share the M-Pesa confirmation with Reserve Residency
so the payment can be verified and the reservation status updated.
Card or other online payment options will only be displayed when a supported
payment gateway has been securely configured and tested.
Booking confirmation
Making a payment does not by itself confirm accommodation availability.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after Reserve Residency has verified
the payment where applicable and issued confirmation of the booking.
Refunds
Where a refund is due under the confirmed booking terms or applicable law,
Reserve Residency will communicate the refund process. Processing time may depend
on the original payment provider or financial institution.
